Your privacy is very important to Aarak. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.
Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
Aarak will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
Aarak will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
Aarak will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Aarak will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
Aarak will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
Aarak is committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
Cancellations & Refunds
1. Once the booking is complete ,
(a) If there arises any situation of cancellation, the client needs to write us a mail requesting the cancellation.
(b) If the cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the session , the client is eligible for a refund , provided he/she has booked a paid consultation with us for opting reiki services. In this case the client must give 7 working days notice for cancellation prior to the date of appointment to avoid cancellation fee.
(c) If the client had not opted for a paid consultation , the fees is non-refundable but may be transferred to any other services within the next 2 months subjected to the availability of the slots.
(d) If the cancellation is requested anytime less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the session , the fees is non-refundable but may be transferred to any other services within the next 2 months subjected to the availability of the slots.
2. If the client cannot come or show up to our scheduled session for any reason after paying the fee , you can use it towards any future service within the next 2 months subjected to the availability of the slots.
3. Once the session starts , it is your responsibility as a client to understand that if at any time you as a client feel any discomfort or have a problem with the session, it is your responsibility to voice the concerns. At any time during a session, You as a client can request to stop the session , though this will not entitle Aarak for a refund.
Reiki / Healing Services Disclaimer
1. Reiki / Other Modalities of Healing
Reiki / Other Modalities of Healing are a natural form of Energy Healing. A Healing session can feel like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through you and surrounds you. Healing energy works on the whole person including body, emotions, mind, spirit and creates beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. Reiki / Other Modalities are a safe method of healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.
However, Reiki / Other Modalities are not a replacement for medical treatment.
These services neither diagnose nor prescribe for disease conditions. All clients are encouraged to seek competent medical help, when those services are deemed necessary. The client accepts total responsibility for his /her own health care and maintenance. Nothing said, typed, printed or produced by us is intended or meant to diagnose, prescribe, treat a disease or take the place of a licensed physician.
2.Informed Consent and Disclosure
This is to harness communication, understanding, and clarity between you as the client and the Reiki Master/ Energy Healer Sanghamitra Das. It is to reinforce the standards of practice and approach to leading Reiki sessions. It is our intention that the information contained in here will allow you, the client, to make an informed decision in having Sanghamitra Das as your practitioner. We will not give away or sell any of our client’s personal information, unless we are subpoenaed, including e-mail or information to any third party.
3.The Role of the Reiki Master / Energy Healer
(a) The client understands that their practitioner, Sanghamitra Das is not healing him/or her. The client understands that Sanghamitra Das is acting as a conduit to allow the Reiki energies to enter the client’s body physically and ethereally to assist in his/or her healing.
(b) The client understands that Reiki will work for them as long as they continue to work for themselves by leading a positive lifestyle that supports their spiritual growth and elevation.
(c)The client understands that Reiki works best if he/or she does not restrict it by not being open to change.
(d)The client understands that the results for Healing are not guaranteed that Reiki will always work to release emotional trauma and baggage or anything else shared or not shared with the practitioner he/or she does not want to release or that he/or she have placed deeply in their subconscious mind.
(e)The client understands that the results for Healing are not guaranteed as there are several factors affecting a Healing process - the severity of the condition , frequency of sessions , individual needs and goals , the Individual's seeking abilities & openness and several other factors.
(f)The client understands that the results for Healing are not same for every individual with even similar situations as we are all different individuals , different psyche , different levels of blockages etc. So we can only approach any modality of healing with an open mind.
(f)The client understands that the different modalities of Healing are spiritual practices & not some magic wonder that will start showing results on an immediate basis.
4.As the client’s practitioner, it will always be the Reiki Master/Healer's goal to assist the client in obtaining and keeping the level of spiritual health they desire. He/She will partner with the client on their self-healing journey for as long as the client would like. However, it is his/her personal decision if he/she decide that the client/practitioner relationship is not beneficial for the client and him/her anymore. In this case, we would be happy to refer the client to another Reiki practitioner. The client may feel free to ask the Reiki practitioner/Healer about his/her schooling and experiences as a Reiki master/Healer. The Healer promises to be nurturing, compassionate and kind toward the clients receiving Reiki/Healing services. We promise to always act as a conduit for the energies from the Universal Energy/God Source.
5.Client Rights and Responsibilities
(a) The client needs to pay for their session(s) prior to their appointments / consultations.
(b) As the client, you have the right to great care and respect! If you do not agree with something let us know. If you feel we are not a good match, let us know! If you happen to request another practitioner you may have your information disclosed to them, just ask.
(c) It is your responsibilty as a client to understand that if at any time you as a client feel any discomfort or have a problem with the session , it is your responsibility to voice the concerns. At any time during a session You as a client can request to stop the session , though this will not entitle Aarak for a refund.
