I am Reiki Grandmaster Practitioner, Spiritual Therapist and a Happiness Coach.
I find great joy in helping people heal and assisting them in re-connecting with their inner magic, find fulfilment and craft their own beautiful stories. It is my dream to help people in overcoming their challenges, convert them into opportunities and create a happy life for themselves.
I believe that we are absolutely beautiful, powerful and magical beings and when we start realizing that, everything around us will change. I believe in living life to the fullest and that can be achieved by syncing our life force energy with that of the UNIVERSE. I trust in the power of energy healing through my own set of personal encounters.

I became so enthralled by what I saw, learnt & experienced that I chose to devote myself as a full-time energy healer, helping people to become the best versions of themselves and live a fulfilling life.

As a healer, I like to hold a healing space for people to help them learn how to heal themselves through different modalities. As she says we all hold the keys to our own healing; we sometimes just need help finding them. If you’re fully committed to your transformation, together we can achieve whatever is that you want to achieve for your mind, body & soul.

Aarak came into being through my own set of personal experiences on my life’s journey.

AARAK means “the essence” , the essence of our true being. When we live our purpose consciously, we feel joyful and light. Perhaps not in every moment, but there is that deep sense of fulfillment and joy in what we do and who we are. If we can simply go within and express our inner magic to the world , letting our unique frequency and resonance be felt, seen, and heard , in turn we can light up people's lives.
My journey helped me to acknowledge that in our lifetime, we come by incredible beings & we do inherit a lot from all of those who crosses our paths and touches our hearts and I want to remember them with pride.
